浅谈新建本科院校科研创新团队的建设

A Brief Discussion on the Construction of Scientific Research Innovation Teams in New Undergraduate Colleges

新建本科院校科研创新团队建设对于优化资源、培养人才、凝练方向及推动学科发展等方面有着重要的意义。但新建本科院校存在着团队成员结构不合理、科研目标方向不明确、团队资源保障不充足及团队制度建设不完善等问题,本文针对新建本科院校科研团队建设的问题提出了建设的途径。

The construction of scientific research innovation teams in new undergraduate colleges is of great significance for optimizing resources,cultivating talents,condensing directions and promoting discipline development.However,in new undergraduate colleges,there are problems such as unreasonable team structure,unclear research objectives,insufficient team resources and imperfect team system construction.Therefore,this paper proposes ways to construct scientific research teams in new undergraduate colleges.
