The construction of teachers' morality is the core of the construction of high-quality teachers.At present,there are still the problems of teachers' low morality and imperfect teacher management system.Establishing and improving the long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers' morality can provide a systematic and comprehensive solution to the two problems,so as to build a high-quality teaching team with excellent political quality,exquisite business ability and high level of education,and train newcomers of the times.
