医学本科院校和高职院校联合培养技能型护理人才模式研究

Study on the Mode of Jointly Training Skilled Nursing Talents in Medical Undergraduate Colleges and Higher Vocational Colleges

为了适应经济发展的新常态,满足服务产业转型升级的要求,地方本科院校与高职院校联合培养职业技能型人才势在必行。在这种背景下,湖北医药学院与湖北职业技术学院建立联合办学的教学模式,在联合办学的过程中摸索办学经验。本文从联合培养的必要性、教学现状和教学改革目标等三个方面对医学本科院校与高职院校联合培养护理人才模式进行初步探讨,以期可以提高联合培养模式的教学质量,推动联合培养的系统性和规范性。

In order to adapt to the new normal of economic development and meet the requirements of transformation and upgrading of service industry,it is imperative for local undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges to jointly cultivate vocational and skilled talents.In this context,Hubei University of Medicine and Hubei Polytechnic Institute established a joint teaching model,and explored the experience of running a school in the process of joint education.This paper discusses the mode of joint training of nursing talents in medical undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges from the aspects of the necessity of joint training,teaching status and teaching reform goals,in order to improve the teaching quality of joint training mode,and promote systematic and normative joint training.
