胸痛中心情景式教学在医学生医患沟通培训中的探索和实践

Exploration and Practice of Situational Teaching of Chest Pain Center in Medical Students’ Doctor-Patient Communication Training

随着生活水平的提高,以胸痛为临床表现的心血管疾病日益增加,已成为威胁健康的头号杀手。如何快速、准确诊疗胸痛患者,给医学教育事业尤其是医学生医患沟通培训提出新的挑战和要求。我们以海军军医大学附属长海医院胸痛中心的实战救治为平台,整合"院前120急救、社区-三甲医院转诊以及院内多学科诊疗"三方面优质资源,建立胸痛患者就诊数据库,为医患沟通培训提供真实可靠的情景式教学典型案例。通过设置复杂的人际场景、模拟高危胸痛患者,训练医学生应付各种特殊情况的技巧,有利于更好地掌握医患沟通技能。该课程的成功开展和实施,对于打造未来医学生医患沟通教育培养模式将有深远影响。

With the improvement of living standards,cardiovascular disease with clinical manifestations of chest pain is increasing,and it has become the number one killer of threats to health.How to quickly and accurately diagnose patients with chest pain is a new challenge and requirement presented for medical education,especially for medical students.We use the practical treatment of the Chest Pain Center of the Changhai Hospital affiliated to the Second Military Medical University as a platform to integrate the high-quality resources of "pre-hospital 120 first aid,referrals from communities to first-class hospitals at Grade 3 and multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment in the hospital" to establish a database of patients with chest pain,in order to provide true and reliable typical cases for situational teaching of doctor-patient communication training.By setting up complex interpersonal scenes,simulating patients with high-risk chest pain,and training medical students to cope with various special situations,it is beneficial to better understand the skills of doctor-patient communication.The successful development and implementation of this course will have a profound impact on building a communication model for communication between doctors and patients in the future.
