学前师范生教育研究能力缺失的成因与解决路径

摘要 学前师范生教育研究能力现实需要主要体现在"卓越教师"计划的主要实施策略、学前师范生核心素养的发展要求及幼儿园教师专业标准的基本理念内容三个方面。学前师范生教育研究能力缺失的成因主要是忽视研究的课程设置、以教为主的教学模式和片面的教育评价标准。针对成因,相应地提出课程设置要重视教育研究、实行以学为主的教学模式和全面的教育评价标准,最终形成学前师范生教育研究能力缺失的解决路径。 The practical needs of preschool teachers' education research ability are mainly reflected in the three main aspects of the "Excellent Teacher" program,the development requirements of preschool teachers' core literacy and the basic concept of kindergarten teachers' professional standards.The causes of the lack of educational research ability of preschool teachers are mainly due to the neglect of the curriculum of the study,the teaching mode based on teaching and the one-sided evaluation standard of education.In view of the corresponding curriculum,it is necessary to pay attention to educational research,implement the teaching model based on learning and comprehensive evaluation standards of education,and finally form a solution path for the lack of educational research ability of preschool teachers.
