浅析培养年轻干部的问题与对策

A Brief Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Training Young Cadres

判断一名年轻干部是否优秀的标准由组织界定,标准的制定相对容易一些,但具体到年轻干部培养上则要困难很多,也需要有关部门花费很大的精力。本文以年轻干部培养所存在的问题为基础,明确了年轻干部培养基本原则,并提出相应的解决对策。

The criteria for judging whether a young cadre is excellent are defined by the organization.The formulation of criteria is relatively easy,but it is much more difficult to train young cadres,and it requires a lot of effort from the relevant departments.Based on the problems existing in the training of young cadres,this paper clarifies the basic principles of training young cadres and proposes corresponding solutions.
