大型食品企业自动化生产设备管理模式探讨

Discussion on the Management Model of Automatic Production Equipment in Large Food Enterprises

食品加工企业在我国工业中的占比率是10%,在国民经济发展中也具有非常重要的作用。随着我国劳动力成本的增加,对产品的质量控制也愈加严格,自动化生产设备在食品行业中的应用也愈加广泛。基于此,本文首先简要的介绍了大型食品企业自动化生产设备的应用优势,接着分析了当前企业设备管理的现状,针对其中的一些问题,重点提出了有效的构建策略,以期为相关人员提供一定的参考。

According to the relevant data,the proportion of food processing enterprises in China’s industry is 10%, which also plays a very important role in the development of national economy. With the continuous increase of labor costs in China,product quality control has become more stringent,and the application of automated production equipment in the food industry has become more and more extensive. Based on this,this paper first briefly introducesd the application advantages of automated production equipment in large food enterprises,then analysed the current situation of enterprise equipment management,aiming at some problems,and finally put forward some effective construction strategies,with a view to providing some reference for relevant personnel.
