with the continuous improvement of social and economic level and the improvement of people’s quality of life,food safety problems are frequently reported,in order to reduce the risk of food safety,scientific testing methods are needed. According to the characteristics of physical and chemical testing,this paper will discuss the strategies to improve the accuracy of testing,such as selecting precision instruments,standardizing sampling flow,recording inspection data, improving personnel quality and reducing random risk,so as to provide reference for ensuring the safety of people’s diet.
