摘要 社会经济水平不断提升,人们生活质量得到改善,但食品安全问题却屡见报端,为减少食品安全风险,需要采取科学的检测手段。本文将结合理化检测特点,讨论选择精密仪器、规范取样流程、记录检验数据、提高人员素质、降低随机风险等提高检测精准度的策略,为保障群众饮食安全提供参考。 with the continuous improvement of social and economic level and the improvement of people’s quality of life,food safety problems are frequently reported,in order to reduce the risk of food safety,scientific testing methods are needed. According to the characteristics of physical and chemical testing,this paper will discuss the strategies to improve the accuracy of testing,such as selecting precision instruments,standardizing sampling flow,recording inspection data, improving personnel quality and reducing random risk,so as to provide reference for ensuring the safety of people’s diet.
