摘要
龙陵紫皮石斛多糖经过α-淀粉酶酶解、盐酸酸解处理后,可以最大程度地溶解于乙醇中。研究结果表明:α-淀粉酶用量0.4%于55℃下水浴酶解2h,盐酸(1∶1)调节浓缩液pH值为5于沸水浴酸解1.5h,可促进石斛有效成分石斛多糖溶解于乙醇中。
After treatment with α-amylase enzymatic hydrolysis and hydrochloric acid hydrolysis,Longling scutellaria polysaccharide can be dissolved in ethanol to the greatest extent. The results showed that:α-amylase dosage 0.4%,enzymatic hydrolysis in 55 ℃ water bath for 2 h,hydrochloric acid (1 ∶ 1) to adjust the concentration of pH to 5 in boiling water bath for 1.5 h,which can improve the active constituents of dendrobium candidum in ethanol.
