摘要
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,对于膳食的要求较之以往也更高。但结合当下餐饮行业现状,国内外常发生食品添加剂超标等相关问题,由此引发的食品安全问题已严重损害消费者自身的利益,加之近年来有关苏丹红、甲醛啤酒、雀巢奶粉等食品添加剂不达标事件屡屡发生,刺激着消费者的敏感神经,造成了相应的食品恐慌,已成为当下有关部门需正视并急待解决的问题。
With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for meals is higher than before. However,in combination with the current status of the catering industry,there are often problems related to food additives exceeding the standard at home and abroad. The food safety problems caused by this have seriously damaged the consumers’ own interests. In addition,food additives such as Sudan Red,Formaldehyde Beer and Nestle Milk Powder have not been added in recent years. Standard incidents have occurred frequently,stimulating consumers’ sensitive nerves and causing corresponding food panic,which has become a problem that the relevant departments need to face and urgently need to solve.
