Construction of Electronic Traceability System for Infant Formula Milk Powder

食品安全是关系人类健康和长远发展的重要内容,中国人口众多,我国的婴幼儿数量在全球占据着非常高的比例,成为最大的婴幼儿乳粉消费国。然而,近年来食品安全事件频发,三聚氰胺奶粉严重挫伤了消费者对奶粉的信心,乳品安全成为人们关注的焦点问题。从原料到生产出来的乳粉产品,如何对生产过程进行全程监管成为目前值得关注的问题。我国政府出台了一系列政策对奶粉原料和生产进行监管,包括产品配方、生产过程管理等,一个综合的管理系统,可实现全面覆盖,可通过电子信息进行追溯、监督、查询和预警。本文分析了我国婴幼儿配方奶粉的安全状况,指出了该产业发展中存在的问题,简要介绍了电子化追溯体系在婴幼儿配方乳粉中的应用,为电子追溯体系的发展提供一定参考,为改善食品安全和重塑消费者信心奠定基础。

Food safety is an important part of human health and long-term development. China has a large population and a large proportion of infants and young children in the world. It has become the largest consumer of infant milk powder. However,in recent years,food safety incidents have occurred frequently. Melamine milk powder has seriously impaired consumers’confidence in milk powder consumption. Dairy safety has become a focus of attention. From raw materials to milk powder products,how to supervise the whole process of production has become a matter of concern. At present, our government has issued a series of policies to supervise milk powder raw materials and production,including product formulation,production process management,etc. A comprehensive management system can achieve full comprehensive coverage,traceability,supervision,inquiry and early warning through electronic information. This paper analyzed the safety situation of infant formula milk powder in China,pointed out the existing problems in the development of this industry, briefly introduced the application of electronic traceability system in infant formula milk powder,provided some reference for the development of electronic traceability system,laid a foundation for improving food safety and rebuilding consumer confidence.
