摘要
不同类型的食品对微生物的限量要求不同。我国预包装食品中的微生物限量标准覆盖面是比较全的,但是非预包装即食食品的微生物限量标准缺失,导致对这类食品的监管力不从心。因此本文就我国食品中微生物的限量要求做简单概述。
Different types of foods have different microbial requirements. The standard coverage of microbial limit in prepackaged foods in China is relatively complete,but the microbial limit standards for non-prepackaged ready-toeat foods are missing,resulting in a lack of supervision over such foods. Therefore,this paper gave a brief overview of the requirements for microbial limits in foods in China.
