摘要
在我国现阶段的食品行业中,纳米材料的应用范围在逐步扩大,而且其发展速度也十分迅猛。在食品包装材料加工过程中添加适量的纳米材料,可让包装材料的质地、保鲜效果等方面都得到一定的改善与提高,除此之外还可以有助于较好地保存食物中的营养成分,对人们的身体健康大有裨益。但是随着纳米材料的应用,人们对其安全性提出质疑。
At present,in the food industry of our country,for nanomaterials,not only the scope of application is gradually expanding,but also its development speed is very rapid. Adding appropriate amount of nano-materials in the processing of food packaging materials can improve the quality and freshness-keeping effect of packaging materials. Besides,it can also help to preserve the nutrients in food better,which is of great benefit to people’s health. However,with the application of nanomaterials,people question their safety.
