摘要
建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定食品中烯草酮砜残留量的分析方法。样品用乙腈提取,QuEChERS方法净化。用乙腈和0.1%的甲酸水溶液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,用C18色谱柱分离。在超高效液相色谱-串联质谱电喷雾电离动态多反应监测负离子模式下定量分析。烯草酮砜在5~100ng·mL^-1线性范围内的相关系数为0.99919,方法最低检测限为10μg·kg^-1。当不同基质中的标准添加量为10~40μg·kg^-1时,平均回收率为74.9%~90.3%,RSD为3.8~6.7。本方法操作简单、快速高效,可为相关检验检测工作提供参考。
A method for the determination of alkenyl oxalone sulfone residues in food by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS. Acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid were used as mobile phase for gradient elution and separation on C18 column. Quantitative analysis was carried out by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry electrospray ionization dynamic multiple reaction monitoring under negative ion mode. The correlation coefficient was 0.999 19 in the linear range of 5 ~ 100 ng·mL^-1,and the minimum detection limit was 10 μg·kg^-1. The average recovery was 74.9%~ 90.3% and RSD was 3.8 ~ 6.7 when the standard additions in different substrates were 10 ~ 40 μg·kg^-1. This method is simple,fast and efficient,and can be used as a reference for related inspection and detection work.
