摘要
目的:提高钠盐含量较高食品中钠检测结果的准确性。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法选择330.3nm处的特征吸收谱线作为吸收线,测定含盐量较高的样品。结果:钠盐含量大于等于1%时,用次灵敏度的特征吸收谱线330.3nm测定的结果更准确。
Objective: Improving the Accuracy of Sodium Detection in Foods with High Sodium Salt Content.Method: Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS) was used to determine high salt content samples with low sensitivity 330.3 nm characteristic absorption line of sodium element as absorption line.Result: When the content of sodium salt is more than or equal to 1%,the sub-sensitivity characteristic absorption line 330.3 nm is more accurate.
