体外循环不停搏下冠脉搭桥手术治疗高危冠心病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of coronary artery bypass surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass in the treatment of high-risk coronary heart disease

目的分析高危冠心病患者接受体外循环不停搏下冠脉搭桥手术治疗的效果。方法选取112例2016年10月-2018年10月在我院接受冠脉搭桥手术治疗的高危冠心病患者,分为试验组(n=56)和参照组(n=56),为参照组患者实施体外循环停搏冠脉搭桥术,为试验组患者实施体外循环不停搏冠脉搭桥术。结果试验组患者死亡率为1.79%,并发症发生率为8.93%,参照组患者死亡率为12.50%,并发症发生率为17.86%,对比两组患者死亡率以及并发症总发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高危冠心病患者接受体外循环不停搏下冠脉搭桥手术治疗术后存活率明显更高且可明显减少术后并发症。

Objective To analyze the effect of coronary artery bypass graft surgery in patients with highrisk coronary heart disease without cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods A total of 112 patients with high-risk coronary heart disease who underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study group (n=56) and the reference group (n=56). The patients underwent cardiopulmonary bypass coronary artery bypass grafting, and the patients in the experimental group were subjected to extracorporeal circulation without stopping coronary artery bypass grafting. Results The mortality rate of the test group was 1.79%, the complication rate was 8.93%, the mortality rate of the reference group was 12.50%, and the complication rate was 17.86%. The difference between the mortality rate and the total incidence of complications in the two groups was compared. Statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with high-risk coronary heart disease undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery without cardiopulmonary bypass have significantly higher survival rates and can significantly reduce postoperative complications.
