炎性肺癌的影像学表现及CT引导下穿刺活检的临床意义

Imaging manifestations of inflammatory lung cancer and clinical significance of CT-guided puncture biopsy

目的炎性肺癌的CT表现及CT引导下肺穿刺活检对炎性肺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经肺穿刺活检并经病理证实的20例炎性肺癌的影像学资料。结果 20例炎性肺癌穿刺活检证实:腺癌14例,细支气管肺泡癌3例,小细胞肺癌2例,未发现癌细胞但手术证实为炎性肺癌1例。结论(1)炎性肺癌的CT表现具有多样性;(2)病理分型以腺癌多见。

Objective CT feature of inflammatory lung cancer and diagnostic value of CT guided lung biopsy for inflammatory lung cancer. Methods The imaging data of 20 cases of inflammatory lung cancer confirmed by biopsy and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 20 cases of inflammatory lung cancer confirmed by puncture biopsy: adenocarcinoma in 14 cases, bronchioloalveolar carcinoma in 3 cases, small cell lung cancer in 2 cases. No cancer cells were found but 1 case was confirmed by surgery as inflammatory lung cancer. Conclusion (1) The CT manifestations of inflammatory lung cancer were diverse;(2) Adenocarcinoma is the most common pathological type.
