子宫畸形导致复发性流产的研究现状

复发性流产病因复杂,子宫畸形是其病因之一,不同类型的子宫畸形患者的妊娠结局差距较大,其自然流产或复发性流产发生的概率也因子宫畸形的类型和程度而有所不同。子宫成形术是有复发性流产史或妊娠结局差的子宫畸形患者的主要治疗手段,可明显降低流产率,改善妊娠结局。本文阐述各类子宫畸形导致复发性流产的研究现状,并对各类子宫畸形的手术干预效果进行综述。

Uterine malformation is one of the complicated causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion. There is considerable diversity in pregnancy outcome among the patients with different types of uterine malformations. The incidence of spontaneous abortion or recurrent spontaneous abortion is also different due to the type and extent of uterine malformation. Hysteroscopic metroplasty is the main treatment for patients with uterine malformation and history of recurrent miscarriage or poor pregnancy outcome,which can significantly reduce the abortion rate and improve pregnancy outcome. This paper describes the advanced research on various types of uterine malformation leading to recurrent spontaneous abortion,and summarizes the surgical intervention effects of various types of uterine malformations.
