摘要
肝细胞癌(HCC)在常见恶性肿瘤中排第五位,死亡相关的肿瘤中第二位。肝癌的发病机制比较复杂,其中免疫抑制在肝癌的发病机制及治疗中均发挥重要作用。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)ranks fifth in common malignant tumors and second in death-related tumors.The pathogenesis of HCC is complex,and immune-suppression plays an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of HCC.
