摘要
本文针对某厂600MW汽轮发电机组长期以来存在的发电机瓦振超标、壳体振动大和封闭母线箱体振动大的问题进行了分析及处理。振动的主要特征为,在工作转速下发电机转子8号瓦、定子壳体和封闭母线箱体的某段振动大,特别是箱体的振动严重影响输送电的安全,通过对发电机、定子壳体、封闭母线箱体的振动测试和数据分析找出了振动产生的原因,并进行了相应处理,为今后类似故障的处理提供参考和借鉴。
This paper analyses the vibration of the enclosed busbar box and the 8# bearing. The main characteristics of the vibration is that the vibration of the 8# bearing and generator enclosed busbar box is not normal at rated speed. The vibration of the box has a severe influence to the safety of transmission. Through the test and data analysis of the generator, stator shell and enclosed busbar box, the cause of vibration are found out. It can provide reference for the treatment of similar faults in the future.
