In response to the US lawsuit against China’s agricultural export subsidies ,this paper introduces the progress of the case , analyzes the essential reasons of the US lawsuit , and demonstrates the loopholes of the WTO Agreement on Agriculture from the perspective of legal basis and mathematical proof. This paper finds out the main problems in the assessments of the panel , and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for China's next response.
