超深井套管悬挂支撑系统承载性能研究 被引量:1

Research on Loading Capability for the Supporting Ring of Casing Head Hanger in Extra Deep Oil Well

摘要 油气开发趋势决定井深越来越深、压力越来越高,对套管头悬挂器结构强度提出了更高的要求,悬挂器系统结构直接影响套管头作业安全。基于重载、高压套管头本体和悬挂器支撑环结构,借助有限元仿真分析软件,在对支撑环斜角进行参数优选基础上,研究不同载荷下所优选支撑环系统结构的力学行为,并经试验证实所设计的套管头支撑环系统能够满足悬重3 000kN、耐压140MPa套管头设计要求,为相似套管头悬挂器支撑环承载性能研究及结构优化提供借鉴。 The deeper depth of the wells,the higher pressure exists during the petroleum and gas exploration therefore the hardness of the casing head hanger is required and the systematical structure of hangers affects the safety of casing head performance.From the consideration of the heavy load,casing head and the supporting structure of casing head hanger,taking advantage of the finite simulation element analysis software,the parameter of bevel angle of the support ring was optimized to study the mechanical behavior of system structure of the casing head support ring under various loads.It proves that the system of casing head supporting ring can meet the design requirement of casing head with hanging load of 3 000 kN and 140 MPa.
