摘要 稠油热采井常通过注蒸汽的方式降低原油黏度,热采封隔器胶筒的材质以聚四氟改良复合材料为主,但该类胶筒只能在第1轮次注汽中密封较好,实现均匀注汽,在后续轮次仅能起到挡砂的作用;石墨硅基复合胶筒可以在多轮次注汽中密封良好,可多次在冷热交替环境下使用,但成本过高,推广较难。通过增加石墨和预紧力,设计了2种成本较低的新方案,便于后续研究。 In heavy oil thermal recovery wells,the viscosity of crude oil is often reduced by steam injection.The material of thermal packer rubber cylinder is mainly PTFE modified composite material,which can only be sealed well in the first round of steam injection to achieve uniform steam injection and only can prevent sand in the subsequent rounds.The graphite-silicon composite rubber cylinder can be sealed well in multiple rounds of steam injection and can be cooled many times however it is difficult to be promoted due to its high cost in temperature alternating environment.Two new schemes with low cost were designed by increasing graphite and the preloading force for the follow-up study.
