摘要 625合金是固溶强化型镍基高温合金,采用Nd-YAG脉冲激光焊接方法对625合金试板进行对接焊焊接工艺试验研究,运用正交试验方法,考察了不同焊接工艺参数(包括电流百分比、脉宽、焊接速度、频率、离焦量和侧吹气量)下625合金试板激光焊接的试验指标(焊缝熔深、焊缝表面宽度和焊接接头收缩量)变化,并对试验数据进行了极差分析,获得了各个因素对试验指标的影响程度,得到了625合金激光对接焊的最佳工艺参数。 The welding processes of alloy 625 test plate,which is a kind of solid solution strengthened nickel-based high-temperature alloy,were experimentally investigated by Nd-YAG pulse laser technology. The influence of different process parameters including current,pulse width, welding velocity,frequency,focusing amount and blowing gas flow rate on the welding characteristics of weld depth,weld width and weld shrinkage were tested by orthogonal experimental method. The extremum difference analysis was used and the influence level of different parameters were discussed. The optimal welding parameters of alloy 625 test plates were obtained with sufficient experiment data.
