摘要
深水模拟高压舱是在陆地上模拟水下高压环境的试验设备,属高压容器。高压舱内部工作压力40MPa,要求实现内径Φ2500mm的顶部端盖的快速开启。详细对比介绍了卡箍式快开结构、齿啮式快开结构、压紧式快开结构以及剪切环式快开结构在高压、大开口结构中的优缺点及适用性,综合考虑快开、高压、大直径及经济性因素,最终选用剪切环式辅助密封构件结构作为深水模拟高压舱端盖快开结构。整个高压舱快开结构设计合理、安全可靠、使用方便,实现了深水模拟高压舱的快开功能。
The deep water simulation high pressure chamber with 40 MPa working pressure and a Φ2 500 mm quick open top cover,is the testing equipment on land to simulate the underwater high pressure environment. The different quick opening structures with large openings including lamp connections, serrated clamp connections, impact connections and shear ring connections under the high pressure were introduced and compared. The advantages and disadvantages of mentioned structures were compared from the views of the quick opening performance,high pressure resistance,large diameter and economic efficiency. The shear ring connection as the quick opening structure of the deep water simulation chamber top cover was finally selected based on its reasonable design,safe and reliable performance.
