深水海底管道预调试流动保障分析 被引量:1

摘要 海底管道在投入使用之前均需进行预调试工作,以确保海底管道达到投产要求。以南海某深水气田水下生产系统回接已有水下设施的海底管道相关预调试工作为基础,模拟分析了预调试过程中清管、测径、试压、排水和干燥阶段需要注意的流动安全保障问题,确保预调试作业顺利进行。可为深水油气田开发中海底管道预调试流动保障设计提供参考。 Before subsea pipelines’ site application,the pre-commissioning should be carried out to ensure that the subsea pipelines performance satisfies the production requirements. Based on the related pre-commissioning work of subsea pipeline connecting the subsea production system to the existing subsea facilities of a deep-water gas field in the South China Sea,the issues of flow assurance during flooding,cleaning,gauging,hydro testing, drainage and drying stages were simulated and analyzed to ensure the smooth operation of pre-commissioning. The work done is also design references for similar subsea pipeline projets.
