摘要
兰州石化分公司炼油厂0.8Mt/a连续重整装置以及0.4Mt/a芳烃抽提装置中高危泵数量众多,在生产运行中机械密封频繁泄漏。以热载体泵机械密封失效为例,通过对失效密封检查及其辅助系统实际运行状况的监测,认为冷却器堵塞造成冲洗液温度过高是机械密封泄漏的重要原因。从冷却器结构设计缺陷及冷却水质不达标两方面分析了冷却器堵塞的原因,提出了改造冷却器结构、在冷却器冲洗液入口增设限流孔板、在冷却器冷却水入口管路加装过滤器的改造措施。改造后机械密封寿命延长,冷却器换热效果良好,经济效益显著,可为同类高危泵的运行维护提供参考。
There are many high-risky pumps in the 0.8 Mt/a continuous reforming unit and the 0.4 Mt/a aromatics extraction unit of Refinery of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company with frequent mechanical sealing leakages during production and operation. The mechanical sealing failure of heat carrier pump was selected as an example,the failure seal inspection and the actual operation monitoring of the auxiliary system were carried out. The excessive temperature of the flushing fluid caused by the blockage of the cooler is the important reason for the leakage of the mechanical sealing. The reasons for the blockage of the cooler were analyzed from two aspects as the structural design defects and the poor water quality. The improving structure of the cooler,adding of flow-limiting orifice plates at the inlet of the flushing fluid and installing filters at the inlet pipeline of the cooling water were suggested. The life of mechanical sealing was extended after modification,with satisfying heat transfer effect and the economic benefits. It can be provided as a reference for the operation and maintenance of similar high-risky pumps.
