摘要
多型腔小尺寸塑件注射成型中,型腔填充不平衡影响了制品质量及生产率的提高。针对精密端子多型腔塑封,以平衡度为目标衡量熔体流动平衡性,设计了各级流道平衡的多目标优化问题。在正交试验的基础上,构建了各级流道平衡度的Kriging数学模型,并通过NSGAⅡ遗传算法,求得平衡度多目标Pareto front解集前沿,然后通过模糊评判方法,从Pareto front解集前沿中筛选出满足条件的理想解。根据优选方案试验,结果表明,各级流道平衡性远高于初始方案,制品不良率小于0.5%,生产过程得到有效控制。
In multi-cavity small-size plastic injection molding,the imbalance of cavity filling affected product quality and productivity.In this paper,aiming at the multi-cavity plastic seal of precision terminals,the multi-objective optimization problem of melt flow balance in the runners of different levels was designed by taking the balance degree as the objective to measure the melt flow balance at all levels.Based on the orthogonal experiment,the Kriging mathematical model of the flow balance degree of the runners of differene levels was constructed,and the multi-objective Pareto front was obtained by NSGA II genetic algorithm.Then the ideal solution satisfying the condition was screened out from Pareto front by fuzzy evaluation method.According to the optimum scheme of experiment,the results show that the balance of all levels of runners is much higher than the initial scheme,the defective rate of products is less than 0.5%,and the production process is effectively controlled.
