摘要
共聚甲醛的热稳定性是加工、应用过程中十分关注的性能,特别针对汽车、人体接触等方面的应用时,会对相关性能指标提出具体要求。对于不同的需求,共聚甲醛热稳定性的评价方法也不同。通过选取市售典型的共聚甲醛产品以及自制的低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)牌号样品,采用甲醛含量( GM 值)分析、德国汽车制造业质量体系标准275(VDA275)检查方法,对相关样品的热稳定性进行了测试,结合相关测试结果,通过热重分析、核磁、连续自成核退火(SSA)测试,研究了不同测试方法的机理及适用情况。结果表明,共聚甲醛的助剂体系和分子结构是影响其热稳定性的主要因素。
The thermal stability of copolyoxymethylene(CPOM)was a very important property in the process of processing and application,especially in the application of automobile and body contact.For different requirements,the evaluation methods of thermal stability of CPOM were also different.Typical commercial CPOMs and homemade low volatile organic compounds(VOC)sample were selected to test the thermal stability by methanol content(GM value)analysis and Verband der Automobilindustry(VDA)275 examination method.Combined with the related test results,thermogravimetric analysis,nuclear magnetic and heat suvvessive self-nucleation and annealing(SSA)test were used to study the mechanism and applicable conditions of different test methods.The results show that the additive system and molecular structure of CPOMs are the fundamental factors to affect their thermal stability.
