摘要
以5mol%布朗斯特酸(±)-BNPA为催化剂,含CF3氮杂对亚甲基苯醌与吲哚为原料,通过1,6-共轭加成反应合成了7个结构新颖的含CF3的吲哚类化合物,收率80%~87%,其结构经^1H NMR,^13C NMR,^19F NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征,并对反应机理进行了探讨。
An 1,6-conjugate addition reaction of trifluoromethylated aza- p -quinone methides with indoles catalyzed by 5 mol% Br?nsted acid (±)-BNPA. Seven trifluoromethylated indoles were obtained in 80%~87% yield. The structures were characterized by ^1 H NMR,^13 C NMR,^19 F NMR and HR-MS(ESI). The reaction mechanism was discussed.
