高等职业教育对区域经济影响贡献率的实证分析——以浙江省各城市面板数据为例

An Empirical Analysis of The Impact of Higher Vocational Education on Regional Economy——Based on Urban Panel Data of Zhejiang Province

运用教育量简化指数改进法对浙江省2005—2015年11个地级市面板数据进行实证分析。以地级市为单位,计算劳动的产出弹性系数,得到各个地级市高等教育与高等职业教育对GDP年均增长率的贡献水平。结果显示,浙江省教育对GDP实际年均增长率有积极贡献,但水平不高。其中,高等教育输出较强的为舟山市和杭州市,高等职业教育输出较强的为温州市与湖州市。

This paper adopts the simplified index improved method to study 11 cities in Zhejiang province from 2005 to 2015 using panel data to carry on the empirical analysis. Taking each cities as units, the output elasticity coefficient of labor is calculated, and the contribution level of higher education and higher vocational education of each prefecture level city to the annual average growth rate of GDP is obtained. The results show that education in Zhejiang Province has a positive contribution to the real annual growth rate of GDP, but the level is not high. Among them, higher education output is stronger for Zhoushan City and Hangzhou City, and higher vocational education output is stronger in Wenzhou City and Huzhou City.
