地方应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养存在的问题及应对

Problem and Countermeasures of Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Local Application-oriented Universities

与普通的高等学校相比,地方应用型本科高校具有鲜明的特点、独特的内涵,加强应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养,已经成为促进地方经济发展、培养社会急需求人才的重要动力。文章以地方应用型本科高校创新创业人才的内涵特点为研究出发点,指出了地方应用型本科高校在创新创业人才培养上存在课程融合度低、创新创业师资队伍缺乏、创新创业管理体制不完善和创新创业评价体系不完善等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的应对策略。

Compared with common colleges and universities, local application-oriented colleges and universities have distinct characteristics and unique connotation. To strengthen the cultivation of application-oriented colleges and universities for innovative and entrepreneurial talents has become an important power to promote local economy and cultivate talents required by society. Starting from the connotation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local application-oriented universities, the paper states that in local application-oriented universities and colleges, the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents doesn’t integrate well with other courses, points out such problems as the lack of professional teaching staff, flaws in management and evaluation system, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.
