极端微生物研究文献计量分析

Quantitative analysis of the study of extremophiles

以Webof Science论文数据库为数据源,采用专业数据分析工具VO Sviewer软件对2008-2017年极端微生物论文进行数据挖掘和定量分析。总结了此领域论文发表量的总体趋势,包括发表国家、发表机构、发表期刊、发表作者、研究方向等方面的发表数量的排比以及被引频次。结果表明,中国近几年相关论文的发表数量有所提高,但论文的总引用频次和均篇被引频次和发达国家还是有很大的差距,说明我国极端微生物方面与世界领先水平还有一定差距。

With Web of Science paper database as the data source, VOSviewer software, a professional data analysis tool, was used to conduct data mining and quantitative analysis of papers on extremophiles from 2008 to 2017. We summarized the general trend of the number of papers published in this field,the comparison of the number of publications and the frequency of citations in aspects of countries of publications, institutions of publications, journals of publications, and authors of the publications. The results showed that the number of papers about extremophiles published in China had increased in recent years, however, China still lagged behind developed countries in the total citation frequency and the average citation frequency of the papers, indicating that China still lagged behind the leading countries in the study of extremophiles.
