摘要 在"微信"的大背景下,各高校都在探索智慧校园的建设,如何利用互联网来使新生在报到时节约更多的时间,提高新生报到的工作效率,是建设智慧校园的重中之重。传统的新生报到流程复杂,耗费学生大量的时间排队办理各项手续,同时,学校相关部门工作人员需要进行大量的信息核对工作,工作量大,工作质量难以保证。本文借助微信公众号平台,设计出网上新生报到系统,实现新生报到网上"一站式"操作,提高了信息录入的准确性,简化了新生报到流程,为高校迎新生工作提供了可靠保障。 In the context of "Internet +", colleges and universities are exploring the construction of smart campus.How to use the Internet to save more time for freshmen to report and improve their work efficiency is the top priority in the construction of smart campus. The traditional reporting process for freshmen is complex, which takes a lot of time for students to queue up for various procedures. At the same time, staff of relevant departments of the university need to carry out a large amount of information checking, which is a heavy workload and difficult to ensure the quality of work. With the help of the WeChat public account platform, this paper designs an online freshmen report system, which realizes the "one-stop" operation of online freshmen report, improves the accuracy of information input, simplifies the registration process of freshmen, and provides a reliable guarantee for colleges to welcome freshmen.
