曼维莱水电站现场施工管理模式是现场施工管理经验的总结,文章多方面全方位地介绍项目的管理模式,充分体现项目前期策划重要性,简要概述DB和CCAP双重合同模式条件下的沟通机制和管理方法,也阐述与喀麦隆社会发展相适应的属地化管理模式和非传统管理方式,形成现阶段适用于DB和CCAP双重合同模式,为类似国际工程项目管理提供参考。

The on-site construction management mode of Memve’ele hydropower project is summarized by the on-site management experience. It introduces the project management mode in all aspects,fully reflects the importance of full planning in the early stage of project,and briefly summarizes the communication mechanism and management methods under the condition of double contract model of DB and CCAG. It also expounds the localized management mode and non-traditional management mode that are compatible with the social development of Cameroon,and forms the dual contract model that is applicable to DB and CCAG at this stage,which provides a reference for similar international project management.
