In the international context of global economic integration,the competition in the field of international economic cooperation has become increasingly fierce,and the international engineering contracting market is constantly evolving and changing. The business model of contractor investment,financing,construction,operation and development projects has gradually become the mainstream of the market. This article analyzes the development and changes of foreign contractors’ mode of contracting in Africa in recent years,and discusses the new opportunities and challenges of traditional hydropower contractors in the market of Cameroon in the new era,and provides reference for market development choices.
