摘要
为解决王庄煤矿5216工作面运输巷在回采期间变形量大的问题,利用数值模拟软件结合地质资料分析得出巷道变形量大的主要原因,根据巷道变形原因选用注浆加固技术来解决巷道围岩变形严重、支护困难的问题。结果表明:注浆加固后有效的提升了巷道的承载能力,巷道顶板下沉量小于400mm,两帮的相对移近量小于700mm,满足回采期间的使用要求。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation in the 5216 working face of wangzhuang coal mine during stoping,the main causes of large deformation in the roadway were obtained by using numerical simulation software combined with geological data analysis,according to the reason of roadway deformation,grouting reinforcement technology is chosen to solve the problem of serious deformation and difficult support of roadway surrounding rock.The results show that the bearing capacity of the roadway is effectively improved after grouting reinforcement,the roof subsidence of the roadway is less than 400mm,and the relative movement of the two sides is less than 700mm,which meets the requirements for the use during stoping.
