摘要
针对综采工作面端头支护难题,对端头支架重要部件进行了优化设计,选择最优的顶梁、立柱、底座、四连杆机构参数和材料。分析了支架动作顺序和四连杆机构运动轨迹,仿真模拟端头支架应力和位移变化,结果表明优化设计后的端头液压支架具有支护强度高、适用性强等优势,能够满足生产要求。为矿井解决端头支护困难提供了新型支护设备。
Aiming at the difficult problem of end support in fully mechanized mining face,the important parts of end support are optimized,and the optimum parameters and materials of roof beam,column,base and four-bar linkage mechanism are selected.The movement sequence of the support and the locus of the four-bar linkage mechanism are analyzed,and the stress and displacement changes of the end support are simulated.The structure shows that the end support has high strength and strong applicability,which can meet the production requirements and provides a new supporting equipment for solving the difficulties of the end support in the mine.
