摘要
针对目前注浆工程中,钻孔间排距设计随意性大、对浆液扩散半径认识不足的问题,分析了浆液扩散半径影响因素,以石壕煤业13162顺槽注浆工程为背景,进行了不同注浆压力下浆液扩散半径试验,根据试验结果对钻孔间排距、注浆终压设计进行优化,该方法简单易行、可靠性高,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In view of the current grouting project,the design of the row spacing between the boreholes is randomness,and the understanding of the diffusion radius of the slurry is insufficient.The factors affecting the diffusion radius of the slurry are analyzed.The 13162 reused grouting project of Shihao Coal Mine is set as background,the slurry diffusion radius test under different grouting pressures was carried out.According to the test results,the design of the inter-hole spacing and grouting final pressure was optimized.The method is simple and reliable,and has certain promotion and application value.
