摘要
针对PAN18S6型压滤机关键结构做了简单说明,多阀路结构为自动控制的实现奠定了硬件条件基础。编制程序代码开发CCW控制系统软件,使压滤机不仅在上料、卸饼等环节实现了自动控制,而且自动控制也对压滤机过载或者空转起到了保护的作用,减轻了工人的劳动强度。通过对PAN18S6型压滤机关键结构布设和自动控制设计,提升了压滤机的工作效率,为选煤厂带来了不可估量的经济效益,也为数字化矿山提供了新思维。
The key structure of PAN18S6 filter press is briefly described.The multi-valve structure lays the hardware foundation for the realization of automatic control.CCW control system software is developed by programming code.This type of filter press not only realizes automatic control in feeding and discharging,but also protects the filter press from overloading or idling,thus reducing the labor intensity of workers.The key structure layout and automatic control design of PAN18S6 filter press have improved the working efficiency of filter press,brought immeasurable economic benefits for coal preparation plant,and provided new thinking for digital mine.
