摘要
全光逻辑非门器件是全光信号处理中的核心器件之一,在现代光通信网络中具有重要的应用。提出了一种仅用2个3dB耦合器和2个半导体光放大器(SOA)即可实现全光逻辑非门的设计方法,理论分析了该方法实现全光逻辑非门的原理,并采用光子模拟软件验证了该方法的可行性:系统在比特率为1Gb/s时,Q值可达7.288,且在完成逻辑功能的同时还能实现信号再生。
All-optical negater logic device is one of the core devices in all-optical signal processing and has important applications in modern optical communication networks. This paper presents a design scheme for all-optical logic negater using only two 3 dB couplers and two semiconductor optical amplifiers(SOAs), the principle of realizing all-optical logic negater is analyzed theoretically, the photon simulation software is used to verify the feasibility of this method. The system at a bit rate of 1 Gb/s, the Q value can reach 7.288. In addition, the method can realize signal regeneration while completing logic function.
