醛固酮瘤患者血浆醛固酮昼夜节律特点分析

Circadian rhythm of plasma aldosterone level in patients with aldosteronoma

目的分析醛固酮瘤患者血浆醛固酮昼夜节律的特点。方法比较30例醛固酮瘤和30例原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆醛固酮及皮质醇水平的变化。结果醛固酮瘤组血浆醛固酮水平及醛固酮/肾素比值均高于EH组(P<0.05)。两组血浆醛固酮及皮质醇水平均在上午8点达到峰值,0点为谷值。结论醛固酮瘤与EH患者具有类似的血浆醛固酮昼夜节律。

Objective To analyze the circadian rhythm of plasma aldosterone level in patients with aldosteronoma. Methods Plasma aldosterone and cortisol levels were compared between 30 cases of aldosteronoma and 30 cases of essential hypertension (EH). Results Plasma aldosterone level and aldosterone/renin ratio were higher in aldosteronoma group than in EH group (P<0.05). Plasma aldosterone and cortisol concentrations reached the peak at 8 am and the nadir at 0 am in both groups. Conclusion Circadian rhythm of plasma aldosterone level is comparable between aldosteronoma and EH.
