胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常60例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia: 60 cases

目的观察胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床疗效及其对患者心功能的影响。方法120例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用胺碘酮治疗,研究组采用胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、心功能改善情况以及治疗安全性。结果研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(96.7%vs70.0%,P<0.01),总不良反应发生率低于对照组(5.0%vs18.3%,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径、搏输出量较对照组低,左心射血分数较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论采用胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常的临床疗效显著,可有效促进患者心功能的改善,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia and their effect on cardiac function. Methods A total of 120 patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the Study Group and Control Group, 60 cases in each group. The Control Group was treated with amiodarone while the Study Group was treated with irbesartan on the basis of the treatment for the Control Group. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function and therapeutic safety were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the Study Group was significantly higher than that of the Control Group (96.7% vs 70.0%, P<0.01);and the incidence of adverse reactions in the Study Group was significantly lower than that in the Control Group (5.0% vs 18.3%, P<0.05). After the treatment, the LVESD, LVEDD and SV in the Study Group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group, and the LVEF in the Study Group was higher than that in the Control Group (P<0.01). Conclusion Amiodarone combined with irbesartan is effective in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia. It can effectively promote the improvement of cardiac function in patients with heart failure and has high therapeutic safety. It is worth clinical promotion.
