双氯芬酸钠联合聚乙烯醇滴眼液对白内障术后干眼症的效果及泪膜破裂时间的影响

Effect of diclofenac sodium and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops on dry eye and tear break-up time after cataract surgery

目的观察双氯芬酸钠和聚乙烯醇滴眼液对白内障术后干眼症的效果及泪膜破裂时间的影响。方法 86例白内障术后干眼症患者单用聚乙烯醇滴眼液(对照组)或联用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液(观察组)治疗,比较两组的临床症状评分、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色评分。结果治疗1、2、3周后,两组的临床症状评分和角膜荧光染色评分明显降低,而泪膜破裂时间延长,其中观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。结论联用双氯芬酸钠和聚乙烯醇滴眼液可缓解白内障术后干眼症及延长泪膜破裂时间。

Objective To observe the effect of diclofenac sodium and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops on dry eye and tear break-up time (TBUT) after cataract surgery. Methods Eighty-six patients with dry eyes following cataract surgery were randomly treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops (control group) or diclofenac sodium and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops (observation group). Clinical symptom score, TBUT, and corneal fluorescence staining were compared between two groups. Results Clinical symptom score and corneal fluorescence staining were decreased, while TBUT increased in two groups 1-3 weeks after therapy, especially in observation group (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Combined diclofenac sodium and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops can improve clinical symptoms and TBUT in patients with dry eyes following cataract surgery.
