内镜下经皮胃造瘘术在进食困难患者中的应用

Application of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy in patients with feeding difficulty

目的观察内镜下经皮胃造瘘术(PEG)在进食困难患者中的临床疗效。方法30例进食困难患者行PEG,给予肠内营养,观察临床疗效。结果30例患者中29例手术成功,手术耗时15~45min(平均30.0min)。所有病例均未出现胃食管穿孔、误吸等并发症。术后脱管4例、造瘘口周围炎2例、瘘口出血2例、断管1例、堵管1例。结论PEG对进食困难患者是一种较理想的微创技术。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) in patients with feeding difficulty. Methods Thirty patients with feeding difficulty underwent PEG for enteral nutrition, and clinical efficacy was observed. Results Of 30 cases, 29 achieved successful PEG, and operation time was 15-45 min (average, 30 min). There were no postoperative complications including gastroesophageal perforation and aspiration. Catheter extrusion, disjunction and occlusion, peristomal inflammation, and stomal bleeding occurred in 4, 1, 1, 2, and 2 cases. Conclusion PEG is an ideal minimally invasive techniques in patients with feeding difficulty.
