摘要
目的:检测梅毒患者外周血中B淋巴细胞亚群的比例,探讨其与疾病活动性的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术检测18例未治疗梅毒患者、14例血清固定者、19例血清转阴者及16例健康正常人外周血中CD19+CD24hiCD38hi调节性B细胞及CD19+CD24intCD38int成熟型B细胞的比例,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:未治疗梅毒组、血清固定组及血清转阴组外周血中CD19+CD24hiCD38hi调节性B细胞较正常对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(t值分别为2.10、4.04、2.43,P值均<0.05)。与正常对照组相比,未治疗梅毒患者及血清固定患者CD19+CD24intCD38int成熟型B细胞比例均减少,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.04、4.44,P值均<0.01),而血清转阴组成熟型B细胞无明显差别(t=1.03,P>0.05)。结论:梅毒患者外周血CD19+CD24hiCD38hi调节性B细胞及CD19+CD24intCD38int成熟型B细胞与健康正常人相比存在差异,经过治疗后血清固定组CD19+CD24intCD38int成熟型B细胞比例异常,可能与血清固定的形成有关。
Objective:To determine the subpopulations of B cells in peripheral blood of syphilis patients, and its association with syphilis status. Methods:Peripheral blood was taken from untreated patients with syphilis (18 cases), syphilitic serofast patients (14 cases), serological cure patients (19 cases) and normal controls (16 cases). Mature and regulatory B cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results: Compared with normal controls, the proportions of CD19 + CD24 hi CD38 hi regulatory B cells were significantly lower in syphilis patients (versus normal controls, untreated: t =2.10, P <0.05;serofast: t =4.04, P <0.05;serological cure: t =2.43, P <0.05). Moreover, the frequencies of mature CD19 + CD24 int CD38 int B cells were significantly lower in both untreated and serofast patients than in normal controls ( t =3.04, P <0.01 for untreated;t =4.44, P <0.01 for serofast). In contrast, proportions of mature CD19 + CD24 int CD38 int B cells in peripheral blood were comparable between serological cure and normal controls ( t =1.03, P >0.05). Conclusions:The ratio of B cell subsets is different between syphilis patient and normal controls. Proportion of mature B cells in serofast patients is abnormal, possibly due to serofast.
