桉树脑与皮肤屏障相关性研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 桉树脑(1,8-桉叶素)是一种从桉树提取的单萜类化合物,是桉叶油的主要成分,具有广泛的生物活性,包括抗微生物、抗炎、抗氧化、保湿、抗肿瘤、抗组胺、促进伤口愈合、促渗透、抗焦虑等生物学活性。完整的皮肤屏障功能包括表皮角质层足够的保湿能力、皮肤抗感染、抗炎能力。本文总结了国内外近年对天然植物成分桉树脑的生物学活性研究进展,并就其在皮肤科,特别是皮肤屏障修复方面的临床应用前景进行了综述。
