摘要
景洪水电站使用中国原创并具有完全自主知识产权的世界首台水力式升船机,其电气控制是系统关键所在。以景洪水力式升船机的上闸首和承船厢系统为例,提出采用工作大门下落至挡水位、内套工作小门下落水流过顶充间隙水及密封框排水阀泄间隙水的自动化控制流程,实现承船厢上游对接过程中的快速自动充泄间隙水,已在景洪升船机中得到成功应用。
Jinghong Hydropower Station uses the world's first hydraulic lift ship with original Chinese intellectual property rights. Its electrical control is the key to the system. Taking the upper gate and the ship-carrying system of the Jinghong force ship lift as an example, it is proposed to use the working gate to fall to the water level, the inner working door to drop the water flowing through the top filling gap water and the sealing frame drain valve to drain the gap water. The automatic control process realizes the rapid automatic filling and draining water in the upstream docking process of the ship, which has been successfully applied in the Jinghong shiplift.
