京沪高铁常州北站交通优化设计思考

Thinking of Traffic Optimization Design for Changzhou North Railway Station in Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway

京沪高铁途经常州市北部的新北区,设置了常州北站。作为城市内外交通转换的高铁客运枢纽,对于交通衔接配套要求高。分析常州北站特殊的地理位置及导致现状交通组织不畅、交通效率较低的原因。阐述了交通优化设计原则、核心节点交通优化方案,以及外围交通提升设想,提出交通优化设计要重衔接、强功能,建成后将显著提升高铁客运枢纽的综合交通效率和便捷性。

Beijing - Shanghai High-speed Railway runs through the New North District in the north of Changzhou where Changzhou North Railway Station is set up. As the urban internal and external traffic transfer terminals of high-speed passenger railway, the supporting facilities for the traffic connection are required highly. This paper analyzes the special geographical location of Changzhou North Railway Station, and the causes resulting in the unsmooth traffic organization and lower traffic efficiency, sets forth the design principle of traffic optimization, the traffic optimization scheme of core nodes and the upgrading vision of external traffic, and puts forward the emphasis on the connection and strong functions in the traffic optimization design. The completion of its construction will obviously improve the comprehensive transportation efficiency and convenience of high-speed passenger railway terminal.
