灌浆式体外索锚具的研制

摘要 为了开拓国际市场和响应海外市场对体外索桥梁的经济性要求,针对国外体外预应力桥梁大量采用经济性灌浆式体外索锚具的技术现状,通过优化锚具构造参数、改进结构设计,研制出一种经济型灌浆式体外索锚具。该锚具采用圆塔形多级台阶承载结构、压力密封技术,具有结构紧凑、经济实用及施工简便等特点,并已成功应用于伊朗SARD桥和香港湾仔桥。 In order to open up the international market and in response to the oversea market for the economic requirement of external cable bridge,in view of the technical status of the economic grouting external cable anchorage widely used for the external pre-stressed bridges abroad,an economic grouting external cable anchorage is developed by the optimization of the anchorage structure parameters and the improvement of structure design.This kind of anchorage is used of the tower-shaped multiple-step bearing structure and pressure sealing technique,and has the characteristics of compact structure,practical economy and simple construction,and has been successfully used for SARD Bridge of Iran and Wanchai Bridge of Hongkong.
